After seeing another shop owner get his floor done, I reached out to Epoxy It to get a quote. Not only were they the cheapest out of 6 other companies, they also provided the most information on how the system works, the process, post-care and finish options. Very easy to deal with. We had an issue with the concrete (not their fault) but they worked around it very well and even did a bunch of extra work (at no additional cost) to make sure we were happy. A few small areas needed to be touched up afterwards and they came and got it done within 24 hours. As a business owner that was extremely important because any extra down-time will cost money and also reinforced the fact that their service is amazing.

We did not have to chase them for communication or updates, they were on time and their workers were professional. Thanks to Bal and the team! Highly recommended.
